Terms of Service
Last updated May 2026. These terms govern use of the ContextECF Enterprise Context Fabric walkthrough and design-partner environments.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the ContextECF Enterprise Context Fabric (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Design-partner access
Access to the standing demo, walkthrough fixtures, and design-partner environments is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. The synthetic proof lane contains deterministic fixtures only and must not be used to process production customer data.
3. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, governance receipts, or approval-first write controls. You will not introduce production secrets, customer PII, or regulated data into demo connectors. Reverse engineering for the purpose of cloning the Fabric or Mode runtime is prohibited.
4. Data and tenancy
Tenant identity is derived from authenticated context. Any data you submit to evaluation environments may be deleted on a rolling basis. Governed receipts and audit trails are retained for operational and security purposes.
5. Intellectual property
ContextECF retains all rights to the platform, Modes, Mode Central, the Context Fabric, and associated documentation. Feedback you provide may be incorporated without obligation or attribution.
6. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the evaluation period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextECF disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from evaluation use.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active design partners. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
